Residence and Working Permits with Real Estate Investments

  • There is no investment limits, registration of the real estate as trading area or residence is adequate,
  • The permit is granted for a period of 1 year and it may be renewed, the application should be made with the required documents at least 40 days before the expiry date of residence permit. At the end of 5 years, residence permit for 5 years or permanent residence permit application might be done.
  • The minimum amount of money (Annually 3650 Euro for each member of the family) must be deposited in the personal bank account.
